Accessibility
We aim to make our site as accessible as possible for everyone and are improving accessibility in line with Government guidelines and to meet The World Wide Web Consortium's WAI ( Web Accessibility Initiative) standards.
Design continuity
The main Homepage and Sections are available at the top of every page making it easy to navigate at any point to other.
You can switch between languages (English and Welsh) without the design template or navigation changing between versions.
Text descriptions for images
All images on the website have alternative text descriptions (ALT tags) attached to them only when appropriate.
Downloadable documents in PDF format
PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file format is used for the publication of large documents on this site.
To convert PDFs back to plain text, you must use Adobe's Web-based conversion service.
Access Keys
Access keys are there to enable users who have trouble using or prefer not to use a mouse to access certain parts of this website. To use these shortcuts, follow the steps below.
i) Press and hold the Alt key. *
ii) Press the letter or number that corresponds to the web page of interest - refer to the list of access keys below.
iii) Press Return
* Macintosh users should press Ctrl rather than Alt.
