During the Anglesey 1939 - 1945 exhibition various events will take place:
Make Do and Mend
July 10 (10am - 4pm)
Sept 18 (10am - 4pm)
An opportunity to make a household item - table mats, a tea cosy etc by re using old materials from the home – with Gwenfai Rees Griffiths
Beginners and those with experience welcome
Sewing machine not essential

World War Two Dances
Step back in time – put on your dancing shoes and learn some of the dance moves of the era – with Ffion Williams

Learn the joyful moves of the Lindy Hop

Learn the Hand Jive and the carefree moves of the Cha Cha
Gala Concert and Dance – Anglesey 1939 – 1945
November 20 (7.30 pm)
Listen and dance to wartime favourites – ‘We’ll Meet Again; It’s a long way to Tipperrary; White Cliffs of Dover’ and many more in the company of Owen Webb, Ros Evans, Annette Bryn Parri and Dr Jazz.
